  • Fully Hot-Dip Galvanized Platform:

  • Manufactured from steel tubular profiles to ensure higher load capacity and fully welded. Designed in a low-profile construction to achieve a favorable ramp approach angle of approx. 7°–10°.

  • Flooring:

    • Platform floor covered with anti-slip grating R12 SP40x4 MW30x30, bolted flush with the outer frame

    • Additionally, longitudinal beams and floor frame profiles up to the 4th axle are fitted with expanded metal for slip resistance

    • From the 4th axle onward, anti-slip coating is applied to the longitudinal beams and floor frame profiles

  • Lashing Points:

    • Lashing points integrated flush into the floor frame and longitudinal beams, drive-over capable

    • Lashing point stops spaced approx. 500–600 mm for diagonal and vertical securing with lashing straps

    • Load capacity: 5,000 daN per lashing point

  • Split Galvanized Loading Ramps

    • Load capacity per pair of ramps: approx. 20 t
